PAGATAVOŠANA

Nomazgā un sagriež gabaliņos zemenes, apslaka ar svaigu citrona sulu un pārkaisa ar cukuru. Masu saspaida ar dakšiņu (ne blenderi). Pilda servējamās glāzēs. Glīti servē balto biezpiena (manā gadījumā) bumbu un dekorē ar piparmētrām un svaigām zemenēm.
